What's The Order Process?
All orders are custom made for each individual client.
All pieces are oversized and are intended to be a big slouchy fit, they are not intended to be fitted or sit close to the body.
We are unable to exchange or refund any custom made order , other than if the item is faulty.
If the garment is deemed faulty we will do our best to rectify any issues and create a replacement garment.
All orders are custom made, please be sure you have double checked that the info you have given is correct i.e colour, design details, measurements/size requirement, address, name.
All orders will require you to tick a box (on the website) or sign to say that what you have ordered is correct and that you agree to the terms and conditions.
Order will take 10- 15 working days to get ready and dispatch, please let us know if you have not had your order within 20 working days of ordering.
As requested above please be sure of what you have ordered, any requests for changes to orders can only be accepted upto 48 hours after placing an order. After this your fabric will have been cut out and production underway for your custom made order.
